Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-18 · Last updated 18 October 2026
The short version
- RA10 is a revision platform for BTEC and A-Level students. You need to be 13 or older to create an account.
- AI marking gives guidance, not official grades. Always check with your teacher and never hand in AI output as your own assessed work.
- Be respectful. Usernames, profile pictures and anything you share must be appropriate for a school audience.
- Credits have no cash value. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
- If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll ask you to accept the new version before you keep using account features.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of RA10 at ra10.co.uk, including the revision apps, AI marking and AI Assigner, community builder, tasks, exams calendar, leaderboard and any related services (together, "RA10"). "We", "us" and "our" mean RA10. "You" means the person using RA10.
By creating an account, or by ticking the box to accept these terms, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use your personal data, and our Cookie & Storage Policy.
You can browse much of RA10 without an account. Some features (including AI marking, the community builder, profile pictures, saving progress and the leaderboard) are only available once you have accepted the current version of these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use RA10
- Age. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent, guardian or teacher is happy for you to use RA10.
- School accounts. If your school or teacher gave you access, your school may be able to see your membership, the subjects assigned to you and your group. Your school's own rules also apply to how you use RA10.
- Your account. Give us accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us straight away at contact@ra10studios.co.uk if you think someone else has accessed your account. One account per person — don't share accounts or create extra ones to get more credits or leaderboard places.
3. Using RA10
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use RA10 for your own learning (or, for teachers, for teaching your students). You agree not to:
- copy, resell, redistribute or publish RA10 content, questions, mark schemes or predicted papers outside RA10, except printing for your own revision or classroom use;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download RA10, or use automated tools to farm credits, XP or leaderboard positions;
- try to get around credit limits, paywalls, the Terms acceptance check or any other security measure, or access another person's account or data;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexual, threatening, bullying or that infringes someone else's rights;
- impersonate another person, school or organisation;
- use RA10 to cheat in an exam or assessment, or in a way that breaks your exam board's or school's rules.
4. AI features
AI marking, AI Examiner and AI Assigner send your answer, the question and related context to third-party AI providers (listed in our Privacy Policy) to generate feedback.
- Guidance only. AI feedback can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Marks and grade bands from RA10 are estimates and are not issued or endorsed by any exam board.
- Academic integrity. Do not submit AI-generated text from RA10 as your own work in coursework, internal assessments or exams. Exam boards and the JCQ treat this as malpractice. Use AI feedback to improve your own writing.
- Don't include personal details. Please don't put your full name, contact details or anyone else's personal information in answers you send for AI marking.
- We may limit, change or turn off AI features at any time, for example to manage cost, safety or provider availability.
6. Credits, plans & payments
- Credits are an allowance for using certain features. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and may reset on the schedule shown for your plan.
- Paid plans. Where paid plans are offered, prices, what's included and how renewal works are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe or GoCardless; we never see or store your full card details.
- Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. As a UK consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a new purchase of digital services for a refund. If you ask us to start providing the service straight away and you use it, you may lose this right or receive a partial refund.
- Free access periods. From time to time we may give everyone free or extra access (for example while we change our plans). We'll tell you before any free access ends.
7. Our content & exam boards
RA10's design, software, revision guides, questions and other original materials belong to us or our licensors. RA10 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Pearson, Edexcel, BTEC, AQA, OCR or any other exam board. Exam board names are used only to describe which qualifications our materials relate to.
Predicted papers and mark schemes are written by RA10 to help you practise. They are not official papers and do not predict the content of any real exam. We work hard to keep content accurate and aligned to current specifications, but please check your exam board's specification and your teacher's advice.
If you believe something on RA10 infringes your rights, contact us and we'll look into it promptly.
8. Availability
We aim to keep RA10 running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or remove features, subjects or content. If we make a change that significantly affects a paid plan you've bought, we'll tell you and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund.
9. Suspending or closing accounts
You can stop using RA10 at any time and ask us to delete your account from your account page or by emailing us. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we're required to by law, or to protect other users. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first and explain why.
10. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.
RA10 is a study aid. We are not responsible for exam results or grades, for decisions you make based on AI feedback or predicted papers, or for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. If you use RA10 for free, our total liability to you is limited to £50. If you've paid, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to RA10 or the law. Each version has a date-based version number shown at the top of this page. If we make a change that affects your rights, we'll ask you to review and accept the new version the next time you sign in — you'll only be asked once per version. Until you accept, some account features will be unavailable, but you can still view your account, contact us and delete your data.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first — most problems can be sorted out quickly.
